Data Deletion Instructions
Step-by-step guide on how to request the removal of your business and personal data from Bizness247.
Our Commitment
At Bizness247, we believe you should have full control over your data. We provide multiple ways to exercise your right to be forgotten.
1Option 1: Automatic Deletion (Dashboard)
If you have an active account, you can trigger a full data wipe directly from your dashboard:
- Log in to your Bizness247 Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Danger Zone.
- Click on "Delete My Account & Data".
- Confirm the action. This will immediately disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account and schedule your data for permanent deletion.
2Option 2: Manual Request (Email)
If you cannot access your dashboard or prefer a manual request, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@bizness247.com.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Business Name]".
- Include the email address associated with your account and your WhatsApp Business Phone Number ID.
- Our team will process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
3What Information Is Deleted?
Upon a successful deletion request, we remove the following from our active servers:
- Personal Identity: Name, email, and encrypted passwords.
- Business Data: Shop name, settings, and branding assets.
- Inventory: All synced products, categories, and descriptions.
- Messaging History: All AI-customer interaction logs and chat transcripts.
- Third-Party Access: We revoke all Meta/WhatsApp API tokens associated with your account.
4Data Retention
Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax compliance) or for legitimate security purposes (e.g., fraud prevention). Any such data will be strictly siloed and removed once the retention period expires.
Security Notice
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All AI configurations and customer contexts will be lost.
